What To Do When Your Organization Doesn't Have Time | OD Practitioner Vol. 40 No. 3 | Oct 2008 | PDF
"This shift in thinking required me to really see the world through my client's eyes. To ask myself what it would be like to be someone who knows that engagement is important, and at the same time is overwhelmed by the demands of daily work. How can I help them do what they want to do in the first place?" ~ Dick Axelrod

Our HOW TO ENGAGE PEOPLE WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TIME program is adapted from our workshop of the same name.
In the workshop, businesspeople, private sector folk, and not-for-profit leaders come together to learn how to quickly engage others. Following are a few photographs taken at our workshops, along with some of Dick Axelrod and his colleagues as they recorded the audio portion of the program. Enjoy!

Dick Axelrod demonstrates the importance of patience as he sits for an artist's rendition of the Everyday Engagement Clock Guy.
